/KASE, July 4, 12/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision of July 3, 2012 the following bonds of AIC-Invest Corporation (Astana) have been listed by KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category: - KZP04Y05D984 (KZ2P00001787; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years; semi- annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZP05Y05D981 (KZ2P00001795; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years; semi- annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360). The Listing Commission decision effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds issue are the fourth and fifth within the second bond program of AIC-Invest Corporation, registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 10, 2011 to the total amount of KZT50.0 bn, and accordingly, the eighth and seventh issues of the issuer "internal" bonds listed on KASE.
