/KASE, June 4, 12/ - HOMEBROKER (Almaty), bonds of which are officially
listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of
changes and additions made to the issue prospectus of its bonds
KZ2C0Y08C584 (KZ2C00001253, KASE official list, first sub-category of Non-
Rated Debt securities category, KKI_b1; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn; September 7, 2007 -
September 7, 2015, semi-annual floating coupon, 12.00 % APR in the current
coupon period, 30/360).
The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on May 25, 2012
and were made due to changes and additions in the Board of Directors of JSC
"HOMEBROKER".
