Special general meeting of SENIM-BANK (Kazakhstan) shareholders to be held on June 22, 2012

/KASE, May 25, 12/ - JSC "SENIM-BANK" (Almaty region, hereinafter - the Bank), whose common shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on June 22, 2012 at 17:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its shareholders will begin, with the agenda as follows: - on introducing changes and additions into the Bank's charter; - on approval of the Bank's shares converting procedure and corresponding introduction of changes in the Bank's shares issue prospectus.
