Special general meeting of Pavlodar Regional Electric Distribution Company (Kazakhstan) shareholders due May 28, 2012

/KASE, May 4, 12/ - JSC "Pavlodar Regional Electric Distribution Company" (Pavlodar, hereinafter - the company), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders is due to begin on May 28, 2012 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows. The sole issue on the agenda is the issue of voluntary de-listing of the company's shares. The meeting will be held at 27 Krivenko str., Pavlodar. Participants will be registered starting from 10:00 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the said meeting has been drawn up as of April 24, 2012. In case of no quorum, a repeated meeting of the company's shareholders will be held on May 29, 2012 at the same time and premises.
