holders of mortgage bonds KZPC4Y09B879 (KZ000A0T9AM5, KASE official
list, first sub-category of Non-Rated Debt Securities category, TSBNb6; KZT1,
KZT4.0 bn, December 14, 2006 - December 14, 2015; semi-annual coupon
indexed at inflation rate, 9.00 % APR in the current coupon period; 30/360) of
JSC "Tsesnabank" (Astana), officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of conducting a random check of
the state of pledged assets serving as collateral for Tsesnabank's liabilities on
the mentioned bonds, based on the collateral register's data as of January 1,
2012.
