/KASE, February 15, 12/ - JSC "REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT" (Almaty), a managing company of the interval unit investment trust "FAVORIT", whose units are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on February 6, 2012 there was a joint meeting of shareholders of JSC "Brokerage House "JAZZ CAPITAL" and JSC "REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT", where a decision was taken to re-organize JSC "REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT" by merging it with JSC "Brokerage House "JAZZ CAPITAL".
