National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan invalidates previous consent to Central-Asian power-energy company's acquiring status of major participant in Accumulative pension fund UlarUmit

/KASE, February 9, 12/ - JSC "Central-Asian power-energy company" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "by Resolution #3 of January 30, 2012 of the Management Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan a decision was taken on declaring as invalid Resolution #245 of November 30, 2009 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations "On Issuing to Joint-Stock Company "Central-Asian power-energy company" a consent for acquiring the status of a major participant in Joint-stock company "Accumulative pension fund "Ular-Umit", with effect from November 4, 2011".
