Special general meeting of Eximbank Kazakhstan shareholders scheduled for January 30, 2012

/KASE, December 29, 11/ - Eximbank Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of the Bank's shareholders will take place on January 30, 2012 at 12:00 o'clock. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of concluding by the Bank of a non-arm length's deal with JSC "Central-Asian Power-Energy Company", a person tied to the Bank by a special relationship. The said meeting will be held at 80 Bogenbai batyr str., Almaty. Participants' registration will be done starting from 11:30 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participating in the said meeting has been drawn up as of December 28, 2011. In case of failed quorum a repeated meeting will be held on January 31, 2012 at the same time and premises.
