/KASE, December 13, 11/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board, JSC "ASYL-INVEST" (Almaty), effective from December 23, 2011, is released from liabilities of a market-maker at KASE for the following securities of JSC "SAT & Company" (Almaty): - bonds KZ2C0Y07C826 (KZ2C00001360, KASE official list, first sub-category of Non-Rated Debt Securities category, SATCb1); - common shares KZ1C54620014 (KZ1C00000553, KASE official list, first category, SATC); - preferred shares KZ1P54620110 (KZ1P00000566, KASE official list, first category, SATCp). This decision was taken in accordance with item 2, article 5 of KASE internal document "Rules of Market-Makers' Activities" following the market-maker's request. [2011-12-13]
