CS Investment Holding LLP acquired 100% stake in the authorized capital of CS Development LLP, belonging to Caspian Group JCS

/IRBIS, October 18, 2011/ - CS Development LLP (Almaty, hereinafter - Company), whose stocks are officially listed at KASE, has provided KASE with the decision of its only shareholder - CS Investment Holding LLP (Almaty) from August 2, 2011. According to the presented document, the sole shareholder has decided the following: - to acquire 100% stake in CS Development LLP, belonging to JSC "Caspian Group" ("The Caspian Group"), the property of LLP "CS Investment Holding" for the amount of 103,000.0 tenge in terms of the agreement concluded in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - to bring CS Investment Holding LLP to the composition of the CS Development LLP holding, determining that the CS Investment Holding LLP is the only member of CS Development LLP; - to reaffirm the authority of the executive body of CS Development LLP - Director Vyacheslav Kim Oreonovich, a new term - five years; - to approve the charter of CS Development LLP in the proposed new edition; - due to the changing composition of the participants to make public re-registration of CS Development LLP in the authorized body.
