FSC NBK takes note of non-placement from February 10 to August 10, 2011 of Agricultural Credit Corporation (Kazakhstan) bonds KZ2C0Y05C515 (KZ2C00000818, AGKKb1)

/KASE, October 18, 11/ - Agricultural Credit Corporation (Astana), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated October 3, 2011, saying that the FSC NBK "takes note of non-placement of JSC "Agricultural Credit Corporation"'s bonds of the first issue during the period from February 10, 2011 to August 10, 2011". According to FSC NBK, as of August 10, 2011, four of the said bonds remained unplaced.
