/KASE, October 14, 11/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange KASE) Management Board, ASYL-INVEST (Almaty), effective from October 24, 2011, is released from liabilities of the market-maker at KASE for common shares KZ1C24600013 (KZ1C00000413, KASE official list, third category, MREK) of Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company (Aktau).
