Imstalcon (Kazakhstan) sells over 5 per cent of its common shares

/KASE, September 20, 11/ - Imstalcon (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on September 19, 2011 JSC Imstalcon sold more than five per cent of its common shares".
