/KASE, August 27, 11/ - Imstalcon (Almaty), securities of which are officially
listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of
changes and additions made to the issue prospectuses of its first and second
bond programmes.
The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on August 5, 2011
and were made due to changes and additions in the Board of Directors and
Management Board of Imstalcon, as well as changes in data on shareholders
and registrar of Imstalcon.
