/KASE, August 15, 11/ - Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE that the company partially paid the sixth coupon interest on
infrastructure bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list, second
subcategory of Non-Rated Debt Securities category, DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn;
August 2, 2005 - August 2, 2028, annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 7.45 %
APR in the reporting coupon period, 30/360).
In the said letter Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) says the following:

JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" (hereinafter - JSC "DTZ") in accordance with
the Bonds issue prospectus, has partially fulfilled its obligations associated
with payment of the sixth coupon interest to holders of infrastructure bonds
(NIN KZ2CKY23B672) at 7.45% to the amount equaling to 88% of the interest
accrued, transferring on August 9, 2011 KZT1,966,399,428.40 (one billion nine
hundred sixty six million three hundred ninety nine thousand four hundred and
twenty eight tenge 40 tyiyn through payment agent ATF Bank to all holders of
bonds pro rata to the number of bonds as per the List of bondholders as of 00.00
o'clock on August 1, 2011 according to data of JSC Central Securities
Depository".

According to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds, Doszhan Temir Zholy
(DTZ) is due to pay the sixth coupon interest from August 2 to August 15, 2011
