/KASE, August 15, 11/ - Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), securities of which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of changes and additions made to the issue
prospectus of its bonds KZ2C0Y04D904 (KZ2C00000131, KASE official list, Rated
Debt Securities category, BVTBb1; KZT100; KZT15.0 bn; December 11, 2010 -
December 11, 2014; semi-annual coupon 7.00 % APR; 30/360).
The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on August 2, 2011
and were made due to changes and additions in the Management Board of
Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).
