Securities of Astana-Nedvizhimost (Kazakhstan) removed from KASE official list effective July 22, 2011

/KASE, July 22, 11/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, the following securities of JSC Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana) are removed from KASE official list, effective from July 22, 2011: - common shares KZ1C45100019, KZ000A1C6DC4 (ASND); - preferred shares KZ1P45100115, KZ1P00000525 (ASNDp); - bonds KZP01Y05D295, KZ2C00001279 (ASNDb2; KZT100, KZT10 bn; November 14, 2008 - November 14, 2013, semi-annual coupon 15.00 % APR; 30/360). In KASE conclusion of July 14, 2011 it is mentioned that the reason for the removal of the said shares from KASE official list was Astana-Nedvizhimost's debt on payment of annual listing fees due for 4th quarter 2010 and the first half of 2011, as well as debt on payment of one-off money fines payable by Astana-Nedvizhimost as a result of incompliance with information disclosure requirements. Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 6) item 1 of article 19 of internal KASE document "Listing Rules", the said shares have been removed from KASE official list. The common shares were included in "B" category of KASE official list from October 16, 2006; from September 1, 2008 they were transferred into the second category; from May 31, 2010 - into the third category of KASE official list. Trading in them was opened on November 20, 2006. During their circulation at KASE prices of relevant deals concluded by open trading methods varied from KZT3,850.00 to KZT55,000 per share. The preferred shares were included in the second category of KASE official list from February 6, 2009; from May 31, 2010 they were transferred into the third category of KASE official list. Trading in them was opened on February 10, 2009. During their circulation at KASE prices of relevant deals concluded by open trading methods varied from KZT10,000.00 to KZT10,010 per share. The bonds were included in the first sub-category of KASE official list's Non- Rated Debt Securities category from December 1, 2008; from May 31, 2010 they were transferred into the second sub-category of KASE official list's Non-Rated Debt Securities category; from June 27, 2011 - into the buffer category of KASE official list. Trading in them was opened on December 23, 2008. During their circulation at KASE their yield maturity for a buyer (on deals concluded by open trading methods) varied from 11.00 % to 68.62 %.
