FSC NBK suspended placement of bonds KZP01Y05D295, KZ2C00001279 (ASNDb2) of Astana-Nedvizhimost

/KASE, July 15, 11/ -Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with a copy of Resolution # 39 dated July 7, 2011 of the acting chairman of FSC NBK "On suspension of placement of unsecured coupon bonds of JSC Astana-Nedvizhimost. The Resolution rules: quote 1. To suspend placement of unsecured coupon bonds of JSC Astana-Nedvizhimost due to their non-fulfillment of liabilities regarding payment of interest on coupon bonds placed earlier. 2. ... 3. This Resolution is effective since the date it was signed. unquote Additionally FSC NBK said that according to paragraph two of item 2 of article 25 of the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Securities Market", "KAZREESTR" (Almaty), the registrar of Astana-Nedvizhimost, and JSC Central Securities Depository (Almaty) are obliged to suspend registration of transactions on placement of serial securities from the moment they received the decision of the authorized body on suspension of placement of particular securities.
