/KASE, May 30, 11/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated May 27, 2011 common stocks KZ1C58490018, KZ1C00000421 and preferred stocks KZ1P58490213, KZ1P00000434 of TEMA Ko. (Almaty) have been included in the second category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfils terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally. The issue of authorized shares by TEMA Ko. in the number of 15,000,000 common shares KZ1C58490018 and 5,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P58490213 was registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on March 25, 2011. The issue has been entered in the State Register of Emissive Securities under No. A5849. According to an extract from Tema Ko.'s shareholders registers system, provided to KASE, 5,607,874 of TEMA Ko.'s common shares were placed as of April 1, 2011. Kompania Registrator (Almaty) is the registrar of TEMA Ko. The said shares have been assigned abbreviations (trade codes) TEMA and TEMAp accordingly.
