/KASE, May 30, 11/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision of May 27, 2011, to the KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category were admitted bonds KZP01Y03D951, KZ2С00001352 (KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn, 3 years; semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of Agricultural Credit Corporation (Astana). The date of effect of the Listing Commission decision will be announced later after the issuer fulfills terms of item 1 of article 18 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trades in mentioned bonds date will also be announced later. The mentioned bonds issue is the first under the first bond program of Agricultural Credit Corporation registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on March 18, 2011 to the total amount of KZT6.0 bn, and the second issue of the mentioned issuer "internal" bonds listed on KASE.
