/KASE, May 20, 11/ - Imstalcon (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with copies of registered amendments made to the Company's shares issue
prospectus and certificate of state registration of securities dated May 6,
2011 replacing the one issued before.
According to the said documents:
- Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CSA NBK) has
registered amendments to the Company's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increased number of the
Company's authorized shares;
- the total number of the Company's authorized shares makes up 15,000,000 units,
including 13,200,000 - common shares KZ1C01160015, 1,800,000 - preferred
shares KZ1P01160111;
- the Company's shares issue was entered into the State Register of Emissive
Shares under no. А0116;
- As of March 10, 2011 6,400,000 common shares of the Company were placed, its
chartered capital was equal to KZT1,048,300,000.
