of May 16, 2011 in compliance with sub-items 1) and 1-1) of item 9-1 of the
KASE internal document "Rules of Repo Transactions Execution" from May 16,
2011 bonds KZ2C0Y05C788, KZ2C00001493 (KASE official list Non-rated Debt
Securities second subcategory, ALTMb1; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn; November 1, 07 -
November 1, 12; semi-annual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of Almatytemir
(Almaty) are prohibited for use as subjects of "nego" repo transactions.
This decision was made as Almatytemir failed to pay the seventh coupon interest
on mentioned bonds.
Previously KASE published the news of May 10, 2011 "Almatytemir (Kazakhstan)
