/KASE, April 18, 11/ - Shubarkol Komir (Karagandy), whose common shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders shall begin on May 11, 2011 at 15:00 o'clock. The sole issue of the said meeting's agenda is that of the pay-out of dividends due on Shubarkol Komir shares for 4th quarter 2010 and 1st quarter 2011.
