which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed

Agricultural Credit Corporation (hereinafter - the Corporation) informs that
on March 15, 2011, the first bonds issue to the amount of KZT3 billion under
the Corporation first bond program in the volume of KZT6 billion, Standard &
Poor's had assigned its "ВВ" long-term debt rating and "kzA+" Kazakhstan
national scale rating.
