which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provide
to KASE the copy of changes to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C0Y05C515
(KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category, AGKKb1; KZT1,000, KZT3.0
bn; August 10, 07 - August 10, 12, inflation rate indexed semi-annual coupon,
8.30 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360).
Mentioned changes have been registered by the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations (FSA) on February 25, 2011 and were made due to changes in
Agricultural Credit Corporation Board of Directors and Management Board,
and the information on Agricultural Credit Corporation affiliates.
