Nurzhanov (Ekibastuz), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "taking into account interim financial statements as of December 31, 2010 provided, it herewith confirms that it fulfilled covenants according to item 40-1 of the bonds issue prospectus (certificate of state registration of securities issue #D65 dated December 2, 2009)".
