On December 30, 2010 partners of Concern Tsesna-Astyk (Kazakhstan) to hold special general meeting

/KASE, December 29, 10/ - Concern Tsesna-Astyk (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on December 30, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its partners will begin, with the following issues put on the agenda: quote 1. On conclusion between ATFBank and Concern Tsesna-Astyk of additional agreements to collateral contracts already in effect, due to binding of the entire collateral assets serving as security of proper fulfillment of own commitments under Bank Loan Frame Agreements (BLFA) concluded, as security of proper fulfillment of commitments of LLP "Koluton-95", LLP "Parsec Development", LLP "Zhaltyrsky Elevator", LLP "Elevator Tsesna-Astyk" towards ATFBank under BLFAs concluded, as well as commitments which may emerge in future under the mentioned BFLAs in case of any change and/or addition to its terms and conditions (including, but not limited to: an increase or decrease in the loan facility's size (volume), in the size of the interest payable, any change in terms, conditions and procedure of the credit facility; change or addition to conditions of Individual Loan Agreements, conclusion of new and cessation of Individual Loan Agreements concluded previously); 2. On Providing to ATFBank the right to write off without acceptance all funds from all accounts, the right to a compulsory extrajudicial sale of collateral assets in case of non-performance or undue performance of commitments under BLFAs concluded by LLP "Koluton-95", LLP "Parsec Development", LLP "Zhaltyrsky Elevator ", LLP "Elevator Tsesna-Astyk" towards ATFBank under concluded BLFAs, as well as commitments which may emerge in future under the mentioned BFLAs in case of any change and/or addition to its terms and conditions (including, but not limited to: an increase or decrease in the loan facility's size (volume), in the size of the interest payable, any change in terms, conditions and procedure of the credit facility; change or addition to conditions of Individual Loan Agreements, conclusion of new and cessation of Individual Loan Agreements concluded previously); 3.
