Special general meeting of Eximbank Kazakhstan shareholders to be held on December 24, 2010

/KASE, November 30, 10/ - Eximbank Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on December 24, 2010, at 12:00 p.m. a special general meeting of the bank shareholders is to start. The only issue on the meeting's agenda is that of making amendments to conditions of deals involving the bank's interest, with the person connected to the bank by special relations - the Central-Asian Power-Energy Company. The mentioned meeting is to be held in Almaty, Bogenbai batyr str., 80. Participants in the meeting will be registered starting from 11:30 a.m. The list of shareholders entitled to participating in the meeting has been drawn up as of November 24, 2010. In case of absence of quorum, a repeated meeting will be held on December 27, 2010 at the same time and place.
