From October 11 bonds KZ2C0Y05C788 (ALTMb1) of Almatytemir transferred from buffer category to second subcategory of KASE official list's Non-rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, October 11, 10/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision the bonds KZ2C0Y05C788 (ALTMb1; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn, November 1, 2007 - November 1, 2012, semi-annual coupon 12.0% APR; 30/360) of Almatytemir (Almaty) were transferred from the "buffer category" into the second sub-category of KASE official list's Non-rated Debt Securities category, effective from October 11, 2010. In KASE conclusion of October 1, 2010 it is pointed out that the reason for transferring the said bonds into KASE list's "buffer category" was non-compliance of Almatytemir with the listing requirement to the auditing company (Almatytemir's financial statements for Y2008 were audited by Dana-Consulting, which was not officially recognized by KASE) set forth by sub-item 3) of item 11 of Resolution # 77 of May 26, 2008 of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations "On Requirements for Issuers and their Securities Admissible (Admitted) to Circulation on Stock Exchange, and for Stock Exchange List Certain Categories" Almatytemir has removed causes for transfer of the said bonds into the "buffer category" and met all requirements set forth by Appendix to Order # 04.2-09/11 - 9 of May 8, 2008 by Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty "On Requirements for Issuers, whose Securities are Admissible or Admitted to the Official List of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, and for such Securities" and necessary to be met in order to enable transferring of the said bonds into the second sub-category of Non-rated Debt Securities category, thus in accordance with item 13-12 of the said Appendix the said bonds were transferred from the "buffer category" into the second sub- category of KASE official list's Non-rated Debt Securities category. The said bonds were included into the B category of KASE official list from March 11, 2008, from September 1, 2008 they were transferred into the second sub-category of Non-rated Debt Securities category, and from October 2, 2010 they were entered into the "buffer category" of KASE official list.
