/IRBIS, October 6, 2010/ - Moody's Investors Service today assigned a final rating of Baa3 senior unsecured debt bonds in the amount of $ 700 million, with a rate of 6.375% per annum, maturing in 2020 issued by Kazakhstan Temir Zholy Finance BV, a special financial a company registered in the Netherlands, owned by JSC National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (KTZ) (0.36%) and its subsidiary JSC Kaztemirtrans ("Kaztemirtrans) (99.64%). Notes are guaranteed by KTZ and its principal subsidiaries, JSC Kaztemirtrans and JSC "Locomotive." "Stable" outlook.
