/IRBIS, September 8, 2010/ - Imstalcon JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on August 26, 2010. According to documents submitted shareholders of the company took the following decisions: - change the appearance of 1,800,000 copies of the declared common shares to preferred shares.
