Board of Directors of JSC REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT elected a new chief accountant of the company

/IRBIS, August 2, 2010/ - JSC "REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT" (Almaty, hereinafter - Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE copy of the minutes of the Board of Directors from July 19, 2010. In accordance with the submitted documents the Board of Directors took the following decisions: - terminate with the July 20, 2010 mandate as a member of the Board and the chief accountant of the company Mrs. D.B. Bakieva; - choose from July 20, 2010, as a member of the Board and the chief accountant of the company Mrs. E.N. Bayazitova; - terminate with the July 20, 2010 the powers of head of internal audit of the company Mrs. E.N. Bayazitova; - elect from July 20, 2010 as the head of internal audit of the company Mrs. D.B. Bakiyev [2010-08-02]
