/IRBIS, July 12, 2010/ - The Committee of Communications and
Informatization of the Ministry of Communications and Information of the
Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the concerned government agencies
dealing with an issue determining the annual fee for the use of radio spectrum
standard 3G, reported today by the press office of the ISI.
As indicated, are also preparing proposals for amendments to the Tax Code of
the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As previously reported, late last year, the required frequency range for the
introduction of 3G services has been released, but a separate rate for use of
the standard frequencies of binding legislation was not provided.
"In this regard, mobile operators refused to present rates of annual pay,
