Shareholders of JSC Almatytemir (Kazakhstan) decided not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2009

/IRBIS, July 7, 2010/ - JSC Almatytemir (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE a copy of the annual general meeting of shareholders on June 3, 2010. According to documents submitted shareholders of the company took the following decisions: - approve the annual financial statements of the company for the year 2009; - does not pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company in 2009.
