/KASE, June 4, 10/ - Agricultural credit corporation (Astana), bonds of which
are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE
the copy of amendments to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C0Y05C515
(KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category; AGKKb1; KZT1,000,
KZT3.0 bn; August 10, 07 - August 10, 12, the semi-annual coupon indexed at
the inflation rate, 6.70 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360).
Amendments have been registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
(AFS) on April 22, 2010 and were made due to the change in the board of
Agricultural credit corporation and the information on Agricultural credit
corporation affiliates.
