KASE suspends trade in bonds KZPC4Y09B556 (TEBNb7) and KZPC5Y06B559 (TEBNb8) of Temirbank (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, June 2, 10/ - The Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) suspended beginning June 2, 2010 trade in the following bonds of BTA Bank's subsidiary-Temirbank (Almaty, hereafter - Temirbank): - KZPC4Y09B556 (KASE, 'buffer category', TEBNb7; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 01.06.06 - 01.06.15, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate; 30/360); - KZPC5Y06B559 (KASE, 'buffer category', TEBNb8; KZT1,000, KZT3.5 bn; 01.06.06 - 01.06.12, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate; 30/360). The trade was suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 35 of KASE internal document "Listing rules" after Temirbank failed to provide data on interest rates on the bonds for the next coupon periods. In its letter No. 18/1310 of June 2, 2010 Temirbank informed: Quotation begins Under the restructuring terms the Bank agrees to amend bond prospectuses. For the time being the Bank prepared and submitted to the Authorized agency all necessary documents for making changes in bank bond prospectuses. After approval of the amendments with the Authorized agency, copies of changes will be presented in accordance with the Listing rules. Ends [2010-06-02]
