Board of Directors of JSC Finance Company REAL-INVEST.kz (Kazakhstan) approved the annual financial statements of REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT for 2009

/IRBIS, May 5, 2010/ - JSC "Finance Company" REAL-INVEST.kz "(Almaty, hereinafter - Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE copy of the minutes of the Board of Directors of April 23, 2010. According to the documents submitted Board of Directors took the following decisions: - approve the annual financial statements of "REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT" in 2009; - does not pay dividends on ordinary shares of JSC "REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT" in 2009. Income from a financial and economic activity in 2009 remains in the undistributed income of previous years. Reserve funds for the year 2009 do not create. [2010-05-05]
