Bonds KZ2P0Y03C772 (KSM2b1) of KSMK-2 (Kazakhstan) de-listed from KASE beginning February 1

/KASE, January 29, 10/ - The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided beginning February 1, 2010 to de-list bonds KZ2P0Y03C772 (KASE, "buffer category", KSM2b1; KZT100, KZT1.5 bn; 03.01.08 - 03.01.11, annual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) Combine for construction materials and structures-2 (Almaty oblast) from KASE. The KASE opinion dated January 20, 2010 says the bonds were transferred on October 2, 2009 from the second subcategory of "Non-rated debt securities" to "buffer category" on KASE since KSMK-2 failed to comply with a sale volume requirement. In accordance with sub-item 8) of item 13-16 of Addenda to order of Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On requirements to issuers, pending listing or listing on the special trading of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, and to such securities" dated May 8, 2008 No. 04.2-09/119 securities are subject to de-listing in case during the listing in "buffer category" in case the issuer made no decision on restructuring of liabilities. The opinion says in January 2010 KSMK-2 defaulted on interest payment for the second coupon (January 3, 2009 through January 2, 2010) on the bonds. Besides, as on the opinion date KSMK-2 did pay the listing fees on Q3 and Q4 2009. Subject to the aforesaid the bonds were de-listed. The bonds were listed on KASE in category "В" January 3, 2008, September 1, 2008 transferred to the second subcategory of "Non-rated debt securities", September 2, 2009 - to "buffer category" of KASE list. Trade therein was opened February 5, 2008. During the circulation period bond yield to maturity for buyer (on open trade deals) varied from 14.06 to 16.00 % APR. [2010-01-29]
