/KASE, December 23, 09/ - Agricultural credit corporation (Astana), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE on the following: quotation starts Agricultural credit corporation (hereinafter - the Corporation) informs that it negotiated with Commerzbank AG changes to previously signed loan agreement terms to the amount of USD136 m., rating covenants on which was violated in July 2009. On December 21, 2009, the Corporation signed the loan agreement to moderate rating covenants and gradually repay the principal on this loan. In pursuance of agreement new terms the Corporation on December 22 made the first payment on the principal in the size of USD10 m. quotation ends [2009-12-23]
