/KASE, November 3, 09/ - AMF Group (Aktobe), securities of which are
present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE
the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
(AFS) of October 16, 2009.
According to the provided document AFS approved the report on placement
results of bonds KZ2C0Y07D139 (KASE official list Non-rated Debt
Securities first subcategory; AKFIb2; KZT1,000, KZT700.0 m; February 27,
09 - February 27, 16, the semi-annual coupon indexed at the inflation rate,
13.00 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360) of AMF Group.
According to the AFS notice as of August 27, 2009 were placed 694,800
bonds.
