From September 29, common shares KZ1C25350014 (ORPT) of Wholesale and retail trade venture (Kazakhstan) are excluded from the KASE official list at their issuer initiative

KASE, September 29, 09/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission from September 29, 2009 common shares KZ1C25350014 (ORPT) of Wholesale and retail trade venture (Almaty) are excluded from the KASE official list. In the KASE conclusion of September 17, 2009 it was noted that on July 31, 2009 KASE received from Wholesale and retail trade venture the following documents: - letter of July 31, 2009 # 51 with the request to delist mentioned shares; - the extract from Wholesale and retail trade venture shareholders register according to which as of July 1, 2009 the sole holder of mentioned shares was the firm MADERO LIMITED (Belize); - the decision of offered shares holder of July 30, 2009 on voluntary delisting of mentioned shares. According to these document the voluntary delisting of mentioned shares shall not affect investor rights and professional participants of the securities market as all offered shares belong to one shareholder, who decided to delist them. Based on the above said and in compliance with sub-item 2) of item1 of article 20 of Listing Rules the shares undergone delisting. The shares were included to the KASE category "B" official list from October 15, 2003, and from September 10, 2008 were transferred to the KASE official list third category.
