On September 28, KASE Listing Commission accepted the plan on removal of basis for transfer of bonds KZ2C0Y05C788 (ALTMb1) of Almatytemir (Kazakhstan) to the KASE official list "buffer category"

/KASE, September 29, 09/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of September 28, 2009 was accepted the plan on removal of basis for transfer of bonds KZ2C0Y05C788 (ALTMb1; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn, November 1, 07 - November 1, 12; the semi-annual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of Almatytemir (Almaty) to the KASE official list "buffer category". In the KASE conclusion of September 26, 2009 it was noted that by the check up results of Almatytemir and mentioned bonds for compliance with listing requirements, established by the Board resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations "On Requirements for Issuers and their Securities, Admitted (Admissible) to Circulation on the Stock Exchange, and certain Stock Exchange list categories" of May 26, 2008 # 77 for the Non-rated Debt Securities second subcategory, was detected incompliance of Almatytemir with the listing requirement for an auditing organization. The 2008 financial statements of Almatytemir was audited by Dana-Consulting (Almaty), undesignated in recognized by KASE list of auditing organizations, which violates the listing requirement, established by sub-item 3) of item 11 of this resolution. In compliance with item 13-5 of the mentioned resolution Almatytemir provided to KASE on September 16, 2009 the plan on removal of basis for transfer of securities to the KASE official list "buffer category". In compliance with item 13-7 of the mentioned resolution the issue on approval of the mentioned Listing Commission decision will be considered at the Exchange Council meeting on October 1, 2009. If the Exchange Council approves the mentioned Listing Commission decision, bonds KZ2C0Y05C788 of Almatytemir will be transferred from the Non-rated Debt Securities second subcategory to the KASE official list "buffer category" that will be informed by KASE additionally.
