/KASE, August 26, 09/ - On August 20, 2009 a supervisory board of Aktobe
regional court considered a civil case Abdreimov vs. Aktobemunaigas (Aktobe)
appealing a decision of the Board of Directors of Aktobemunaigas regarding an
annual general meeting of shareholders on March 27, 2009 and decisions made
at the meeting.
According to a copy of a ruling of the court's supervisory board dated August
20, 2009 presented by a representative of a claimant to the Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), the court ruled to remedy appeals of Abdreimov to
Aktobemunaigas.
