According to the document: - AFS approved the company report on shares placement result; - the issue is divided into 4,800,000 common shares; - the issue was included to the State Serial Securities Register under А0116; - as of February 16, 2009 all company shares were placed its authorized capital was formed in the size of KZT928,300,000.
