ATFBank (Kazakhstan) starts funding of AllianceStroiInvest housing complexes

/KASE, July 21, 09/ - ATFBank (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the following press release of July 21, 2009: quotation start ATFBank signed the Agreement with the Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna for funding of AllianceStroiInvest housing complexes. The construction completion of Infinity 1 is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2010 and Infinity 3 for the 3rd quarter of 2011. 821 people will recieve 55,148 sq. m. of housing. The complex total housing area is 72,877 sq. m. The independent foreign company KVL Consult will control the construction and financial operations.
