LLP (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) provided KASE with the copy of resolution of the only company's participant - M&D LLP as of April 24, 2009. According to the provided document, the only particpant of the company accepted the decisions to release from a director position B. Akhmetov from April 24,2009 and to appoint Sh.
