The board of directors of Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir JSC (Kazakhstan) appointed a new president

/IRBIS, Valeriya Grichenko, May 18, 09/ - Insurance Company Kommesk- Omir JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)official list, provided KASE with the copy of protocol of its Board of Directors meeting of April 27, 2009. According to the provided document the Board of Directors of the company made the following decisions: - to release E. Kan from authorities of the president beginning April 30, 2009; - to elect D. Zherebyateva as the president of the company beginning May 1, 2009. - to release D. Alipbaev from authorities of the committee of directors beginning April 30, 2009; - to elect E.
