According to the provided document, Board of directors of the company made the following decisions: - to apply to Bank CenterCredit JSC: - for postponing main debt maturity schedule of VITA Industry LLP to the end of the term on loan agreements, made on October 31, 2008 (KZT4,800,000,000 m.) and July 17, 2008 (KZT3,950,000,000 m.); - for allocating $2,500,000 credit limit on overdrafts to VITA JSC; - for approving the re-sale of 64,000 shares of VITA JSC, owned by I. Letuchev, E. Knabin with further loaning; - to close a big deal with Bank CenterCredit JSC - to provide 100 % stake of VITA JSC in VITA Industry LLP as obligations on payment guarantee in favor of Agricultural credit corporation JSC, amounting KZT1,815,980,000.
