/KASE, April 28, 09/ - AMF Group (Aktobe, hereinafter - the company), securities
of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided
to KASE the copy of change to the company shares issue prospectus and
securities issue government registration certificate of March 19, 2009, which
replaces previously issued.
According to mentioned documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered the change to
company shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced by due to the company authorized
shares number increase;
- the total number of authorized shares of the company is 100,000,000 units,
including 99,983,800 - common shares KZ1C02890016 and 16,200 -
preferred shares KZ1P02890112;
- the company shares issue was included to the State Serial Securities Register
under number A0289;
- as of March 19, 2009, were offered 48,043,800 common shares and 16,200
preferred shares of the company, its authorized capital was formed in the size
of KZT1,362,600,000.
