Bonds KZ2CKY03B864 (AKFIb1) of AMF Group (Kazakhstan) de-listed from KASE as circulation term expires

/KASE, April 6, 09/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that beginning April 6, 2009 bonds KZ2CKY03B864 (AKFIb1; KZT1,000, KZT4.0 bn.; 05.04.06 - 05.04.09, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 12.00 % APR as for the last coupon period) of AMF Group (Aktobe) were de-listed from the KASE official list through circulation term expiry. The bonds were listed on KASE in category "B" beginning April 5, 2006, and beginning September 1, 2008 were transferred to the second subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category of the KASE official list. Trades therein opened April 10, 2006. During the circulation period of the bonds on KASE their yield to maturity for buyer (on deals, concluded by open trade method) varied from 9.00 through 2,641.37 % APR. In 2008 the bonds were ranked 271st in the tradability rating for corporate bonds in terms of volume of concluded deals (0.03 % of the corresponding trading turnover) and 190th rank in the similar rating for corporate bonds (0.05 %).
